A group session combining physical work with structured self-development. Discussion, games and storytelling used to explore identity, values and character together. Some young people open up more easily alongside others than they do one to one.
- 12-week course: €360 per young person
- Weekly, 100 minutes each
- Grouped by maturity rather than age
- Four to six young people, never more than six
- Get in touch to be told when the next one starts
Some young people do physical training only. Others only want the coaching. Most end up doing both, and the balance shifts as they change. Sessions are built around what a young person needs at the time, building attributes across Body, Mind and Spirit and progressing through the Growth Spiral.
- Training only, coaching only, or both
- Most families continue for years. The first month is the only commitment
- Second child, same family: 15% off
- Weekly, 60 minutes each, starting with the Avatar Assessment
- In person in Ibiza, or online
The discovery work of the whole framework, condensed into a single session. Guided discovery, identity mapping and archetype work, ending with a written Avatar Profile they keep. For a young person who wants the clarity without committing to an ongoing relationship.
- One-to-one
- Produces a written Avatar Profile
- Can stand alone, or open a longer programme
Multi-day work with a young person or a whole family, delivered internationally. Physical training, structured self-development and the Project Avatar framework, run as an immersive block rather than weekly sessions.
- Priced per engagement, not per hour
- Travel and accommodation quoted separately
- Get in touch with dates and location
Project Avatar runs well in alternative and democratic schools, youth programmes, and any setting where young people are encouraged to think for themselves. Self-development workshops on identity, beliefs, values and resilience. Movement and physical education with a holistic approach. Dungeons & Dragons as a structured creative learning experience. Immersive world-topic sessions for mixed-age groups. Tell me the setting and the group and I will put together a proposal.
